    David Costabile has been a professional actor on stage, television and film for thirty years.  His work includes memorable parts in some of the most innovative television shows in recent years. Currently filming his sixth season of BILLIONS in which he plays Mike “Wags” Wagner the right hand man to Damian Lewis’ Bobby Axelrod. Other memorable series credits include BREAKING BAD, FLIGHT OF THE CONCHORDS, SUITS , THE WIRE and DAMAGES.

    Costabile most recently can be seen in AMC’s SOULMATES and Sky’s LITTLE BIRDS. He co-starred in the event series DIG, and LOW WINTER SUN. He has also guest starred on numerous television series, including THE OFFICE, THE BLACKLIST, and THE GOOD WIFE. 

    His film credits include Steven Spielberg’s LINCOLN and THE POST, Michael Bay's 13 HOURS: THE SECRET SOLDIERS OF BENGHAZI, Steven Soderbergh's SIDE EFFECTS, RUNNER RUNNER, and SOLITARY MAN.

    This past year he made his directorial debut, filming the 7th episode “The Limitless Shit” of season five.

    Costabile’s Broadway credits include the Tony Award-winning TITANIC, as well as TRANSLATIONS, THE TEMPEST and CAROLINE, OR CHANGE. He has also worked at the New York Shakespeare Festival/Public Theatre in THE TWO GENTLEMEN OF VERONA, HENRY V, and TROILUS AND CRESSIDA. Off-Broadway credits include THE HAIRY APE, THE (CURIOUS CASE OF THE) WATSON INTELLIGENCE, MR. MARMALADE, CARNIVAL, CAN-CAN and THE WINTER'S TALE THE NEW BOZENA, an original work Costabile co-created, played off-Broadway at the Cherry Lane Theatre before touring nationally.

    Costabile was born in Washington, D.C. where he graduated from Gonzaga College High School. He received a BA from Tufts University and an MFA in Acting from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts.
