Gevin is an award-winning filmmaker and artist living in an area of Burien, WA known as “Top Hat.” 2021 marks his 17th year as a member of the independent Seattle film/video community, and he’s been doodling since he could grip a pen.

Gevin is proud to have worn a variety of Production hats - from P.A. to Producer to Actor - during his mostly self-taught cine-journey, including unplanned stints with A&E’s Hoarders and Sell This House: Extreme.

Since 2014, his production department of preference has been Art. Of note, he has served as Art Director for a series of Adult Swim shorts for Cartoon Network; Prop Master/Set Dresser for the independent Sci-Fi feature, Prospect (starring dreamy Pedro Pascal); and Art Director for mighty Megan Griffith’s feature drama, Sadie.

Created using his phone during the first few months of a statewide quarantine, two of Gevin’s Claymation shorts, Strange New World and A Novel Spring, were selected to kick off the Animation block of films in the 2020 Burien Film Festival.

When his film work dried up in 2020, he embraced the lack of employment and forced isolation by creating ART with unbridled glee~!
